Dinner Party is a pop-up hosted by Once Upon A Tart on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
evenings in May, June and July. A rotating cast of dynamic female food professionals will have the
opportunity to drive the theme of the restaurant each week.

Guest chefs, cheesemongers, butchers, bread makers, food designers, food vendors and more
are invited to apply for this residency. Folks can prep in the space on Wednesday evening and
service is on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6p-12a.

Sommeliers and other beverage professionals are welcome to choose the liquid side of the
menu and our staff will prepare a menu to accompany your selections.
The stars of the pop-up are expected to use social media, word of mouth and all means
available to invite guests to the space. We will also use social media, our newsletter, signage
and press releases to fill the dining room.

It’s like having a restaurant for three days but not having to worry about any of the troubling
stuff. We’ll place your food or beverage orders, reimburse for outside ingredients, take
reservations, staff the kitchen and/or FOH and pay you 25% of the sales.
